Ladies Bulova windup wristwatch in 10k rolled gold plate bezel

This vintage mechanical ladies wristwatch is marked on the back Bulova M6, 10k Rolled Gold Plate and the number L50766. It ran all the way down last night but does stop sometimes so it needs a little work and the dial refinished along with a crystal if you want to wear it. The band is Speidel USA.
