Antique Cast Iron Gnome Still Bank about 11 inches high

Description

This antique cast iron gnome still bank stands about 11 inches high. He shows his age having never been repainted though I suspect someone put some black around the eyes for some reason. He is all original except for the top screw which is a brass round head replacement which stands out clearly as it should be a flat head steel screw. I was unable to discern a mark anywhere but he looks to have been made in the 1910s to 1920s to me. No breaks, cracks or repairs noted.
